mid-renovation

  end of Phase I 

Actual Phase One -- we kept the side room, repaired roof, installed central air & heat, left 2 rental spaces and "lobby" in the front of the building.  Added division between lobby & performance space and mezzanine above for lighting & sound equipment, and upper walkway that runs from mezzanine to back of building, handicap bathroom facilities added at the back of the building.

The Next Phase

The architect has since suggested combining the original  Phase II & III -- reverting back to a sloped floor, building the stage area, add seating, renovating the bathrooms and adding dressing rooms and office space, expanding the lobby and renovation of the 314 W. Main Building to increase storage and work spaces, keeping one retail space in the front of 314 W. Main -- all we need now is to raise the money!
